Tamarwala Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Tamarwala, we take pride in delivering premium quality fresh dates and dry fruit products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process.

 

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

· Our return and refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery (due to the perishable nature of dates).

· The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

· The item must not be damaged or tampered with.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

· Contact us via Call/WhatsApp at 03205634465 or email us at info@tamarwala.com with your order details and reason for return.

· Share clear pictures of the product (if damaged, incorrect, or defective).

· Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.

· Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges

· Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

o The product was damaged during delivery

o The wrong item was delivered

o The product quality issue is verified by our team

In such cases, Tamarwala will cover the return or replacement shipping cost.

4. Product Condition & Quality Issues

· Returns are only accepted if the product is received in damaged condition, incorrect item delivered, or proven quality issue.

· Any complaint regarding damage, leakage, or quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (pictures or video).

· We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving a refund or exchange.

5. Order Cancellation

· Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

· Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
